The main difference between Content Areas and Content Folders is the location. Content Areas are located on the Left Menu, while Content Folders are actually within a Content Area or another Content Folder. Otherwise they are identical. A Content Folder is a way of organizing content items. Content Folders and sub-folders set up a hierarchy to group related material together. More Help

Create a Content Area
  • Click the + in the upper left corner of the left menu

  • Click Content Area

  • Name the page

  • Select Available to Users

Create a Content Folder
  • Go to a Content Area/Folder

  • Click Build Content tab

  • Click Content Folder

  • Fill in name and any additional information

  • Select any Standard Options wanted
    • Select yes by Permit Users to View this Content

  • Click Submit

Delete a Content Area/Folder
  • Mouse over the name of the area/folder

  • Click the arrow next to the name to open the Context Menu

  • Click Delete
